Yes, every order includes a free engineer-level DFM review, completed within 2 hours after Gerber file upload. our engineers will check trace width, spacing, drill hole sizes, annular rings, impedance control, panelization plan, and solder mask clearance. flag issues before production, thus saving costs and time.

LZJPCB will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before reviewing the Gerber files. the files are stored on encrypted, dedicated servers, access is restricted solely to the designated engineering team. for 20 years, we have been providing design protection for clients in the medical, defense, and proprietary consumer electronics sectors.
How does LZJPCB handle international shipping?
LZJPCB ships to over 50 countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT Express. air freight takes 3 to 5 business days. for bulk orders, sea freight is also available. all shipments include logistics tracking, customs clearance documentation, and insurance.
Can LZJPCB source components for turnkey PCBA orders?
Yes. LZJPCB maintains a database of over one million components, has established direct partnerships with authorized distributors including Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow, and Avnet, and can access verified sources for scarce components. for all turnkey assembly orders, we are responsible for BOM procurement, component verification (preventing counterfeit products), and kitting integration.
What are LZJPCB's standard payment terms?
LZJPCB accepts wire transfer or bank transfer, Western Union, PayPal, and credit card payments for small orders. standard payment terms are 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% due before shipment. for long term customers after one year of cooperation, we can offer net 30 payment terms.
